Ella learns to ride a 2 wheeler:)

Thanks to lots of hard work by Ella and great support from her Aunty Kathryn, Ella learnt to ride without her trainer wheels over Labour Weekend. She has been riding to and from Kindergarten this past week with a huge smile on her face. We are all very proud of her, including big brother Ethan who is now keen for her to start following him riding over his home made bike ramp:)

Ella's first ballet performance

At 4 1/2 Ella steps onto the stage at Whangarei Heads school as a cute wee ballerina fairy alongside her friends.
We are so proud of you Ella, and we know it was a bit scary stepping out onto the stage for the first time. You were such a wonderful fairy and it looked like you had lots of fun. I can't wait to take more photos of you performing at Ethan's school show day too:) Love Mum and Dad. xxx

Ella's braids

Ella has been waiting some time to get braids just like her cousin Tessa did when she came to Thailand. It took 1 1/2 hours and the power had gone out so it was very warm and the last 1/2 hour was completed under torch light. She absolutley loves all the beads, so hopefully they will still all be intact when we return home. She is very keen to show her braids to Greta at Kindergarten who had braids done when she had a holiday in Fiji.

Chaoprya River boat cruise

Another photostory with most photos taken by Ethan and Ella and narrated by them both. It was a wonderful overnight cruise with dinner on the deck under the stars. We headed up river to the Kings Summer Palace and then onto the ancient city of Ayuthaya. It's quiet a long story as many photos were taken on this wee trip.
